- LENGTH: Sign up for a 3 month minimum subscription with Guest Systems at full price
- IMPORT: Allow us to upload your existing “Do Not Rent” list to us from Word, Excel, PDF or CSV, so we can import the information into the Guest Systems database
- IMPORTANT/REPORT: Use Guest Systems to report every time there is a guest security incident
- SCREEN: Use the guest screening feature during check in to search for any guest by first and last name in our database who looks concerning, has concerning behavior, or if you suspect they might be using heavy/illegal drugs or if they have been drinking too much (during check in, or at any time after check in at your property)
- SIGNS: Allow us to install the Guest Systems placard(s) where they can be clearly seen on the lobby wall, at the front desk, and night window give the guests on notice that violating policies can result in being reported to Guest Systems
- POLICIES: Add at least four of our enhanced guest policies to your guest registration cards, requiring guest initials and signature during each check in and stay over
- TRAINING: Require each front desk employee to take and our De-Escalation training course within one week of being hired, or within one week of signing up for Guest Systems
- TEAM DEVELOPMENT: Require each front desk employee to read the book “I Hear You” on Audible within two weeks of being hired, or within two weeks of signing up for Guest Systems
If the team at your property utilizes these steps during the 3 months (from the date your installation, setup and initial training have been completed), the frequency of room damage has not decreased at your property, the frequency of staff turnover (due to negative guest security incidents) has not improved, and you’re not completely satisfied with the results by the end of your 3 subscription renewal period, Guest Systems will issue you a 100% refund for our services.
