  • Sign up for a one-year minimum subscription with Guest Systems at full price
  • Upload your existing “Do Not Rent” list to us from Word, Excel, PDF or CSV, so we can import the information into the Guest Systems database
  • Use Guest Systems to report every time there is a guest security incident
  • Use the guest screening feature during check in to search for any guest by first and last name in our database who looks concerning, has concerning behavior, or if you suspect they might be on heavy/illegal drugs such as heroin, methamphetamines, cocaine, bath salts, spice, etc., or if they have been drinking too much
  • Install the Guest Systems placard where it can be clearly seen on the wall or at the front desk, or night window, to put the guests on notice that violating policies can result in being reported to Guest Systems
  • Add at least four of our enhanced guest policies to your guest registration cards, requiring guest initials and signature during each check in and stay over
  • Require each front desk employee to take and pass the De-Escalation training course by Crisis Consultant Group, Inc. within one week of being hired, or within one week of signing up for Guest Systems
  • Require each front desk employee to read the book “I Hear You” on Audible within two weeks of being hired, or within two weeks of signing up for Guest Systems
